Charlottesville, VA. OneWorldSIS has been selected by a University of Virginia College to provide their leading Microsoft Dynamics CRM student, customer and alumni relationship management solution. The school reviewed a number of options and selected the Microsoft Dynamics CRM/xRM program based on the core platform offering and ability to extend the solution.
The first phase was to implement the core CRM capabilities while building in parallel, an xRM module that removes a major data silo seamlessly bringing it online. The solution is being extended to multiple locations through out the state with information easily accessible residing on one database. With this platform in place, the implementation of the OneWorldSIS suite will increase efficiencies while incorporating other data silos in the future.
